Young Snapper Portrait

Went herping... Found this young snapping turtle and some garter snakes. The snakes were too fast and shot right into the brush, but the turtle was chill and minding his own business, making a little sitting spot in the mud of a pool. ^^ He let me pick him up for a minute for some photographs. ^^ Reminds me of Chomper... the little baby snapper I raised years ago.
